Kingframe Architectural Facade Systems are the ideal solution to close off buildings several times quicker than blockwork or stickbuild with no need for scaffolding. This enables following trades to get onsite much sooner to continue their work and accelerates overall project completion.

The Kingframe Architectural Façade System provides enhanced performance of thermal, airtightness, fire engineering and acoustic qualities. The through-wall panels incorporate a steel frame, Kingspan Kooltherm® K15 Rainscreen Board, cement particle board and rainscreen carrier bases, and can be applied to steel or concrete framed buildings up to any height. Openings for doors and windows can also be included at the point of manufacture in Kingspan’s factory.

The panels are delivered direct to site where they are individually craned out of the container and fitted straight to the building’s structure. The empty container is then removed as a new delivery arrives, resulting in zero packaging waste and minimal onsite storage requirements

The Kingframe Architectural Façade System features a unique, flush-faced connection method that provides a flat surface for internal linings. Kingframe can be integrated with a wide selection of external facing options, from conventional and render to ventilated rainscreen and insulated panels. This gives designers an almost unlimited choice of materials, finishes, colours and textures.

Wall framing is the natural evolution of stickbuild, or stud and track. Kingframe Wall Framing Systems are rapid build, non-loadbearing systems that support the wall elements and integrate with building services. They are assembled in Kingspan’s ISO9000-compliant manufacturing facilities using galvanised ‘C’ sections to create bespoke frame assemblies, and feature Kingspan’s unique flush-faced connection method.

Kingframe Wall Framing Systems offer a lightweight, cost-effective solution for new build projects up to any height. Following factory assembly frames are delivered direct to site according to the installation schedule, craned into place on the structure and then fitted and fixed within minutes. Wall framing enables earlier access for following trades and ultimately quicker occupation and payback. Wall frames are suitable for use with practically any exterior façade.

Finally, Kingspan still fulfils demand for the traditional frame section construction solution. Prior to delivery Kingspan bundles, straps together and product marks sections in the order specified by the installer. This results in significant on-site time savings as sections arrive on time, and in the right sequence to allow immediate installation.

The technique helps installers to maximise the benefits of ‘stud and track’ building, an elemental on-site framing method of construction which is still faster than conventional wet trades.
